Alumni

To our outstanding and dedicated alumni, thank you. So much of what we do is because of the help and support you continue to give. If you want to connect with a chapter here at the University of Minnesota, please email us at [email protected] Throughout the years we have had some prestigious alumni such as Hubert Humphrey (38th Vice President of the United States, B.A. 1939, Phi Delta Chi Fraternity), Roy Wilkins (Led the NAACP for 22 years, B.A. 1923, Founder of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. Chapter, the first historically black fraternity at the U of MN), Bud Grant (Former Minnesota Vikings Football coach, attended the U of MN from 1947-1950 before being drafted into the NBA and NFL in 1950, Phi Delta Theta Fraternity). Homecoming is a great time of year to visit campus and the chapters. We can help coordinate those details for you, just email us! Don't see your chapter listed on the website? Let us know. We look forward to seeing you on campus soon.

These are some of the great groups that help support our community:

The Minnesota Greek Alumni Council (MGAC) was established in 2013 to serve as a collaborative partner with the University of Minnesota and Greek students to strengthen the Greek community and enhance alumni relations.  MGAC is a membership alumni group, supported by many fraternity and sorority House Corporations.

The Twin Cities Alumnae Panhellenic Association (TCAPA) promotes alumnae interfraternal friendship, networking, collegiate support and philanthropic events towards the advancement of the sorority experience.

The National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) also has a Twin Cities alumni network that provides support for NPHC chapters and opportunities for alumni to network.

And, stay connected to the University by joining the University of Minnesota Alumni Association (UMAA)
